3 types of food for better quality of life

Last night I listened to one of the former Ted Talk speakers Jill Sherer about the difference about self-care and self-love. Self-care is the term that you are doing treating yourself good as part of self-appreciation and to look good by others, like going to Salon, eating good food, sports for the healthy of your body While self-love is to be true you, to be who you want to be deep inside for example despite of your stable job, if deep inside you realized that you wants to be a start-up founder you go for your dream and face all the obstacles.

I look at myself and I am lack of both in the past two years and I let overthinking possessed me, ends up I did nothig. About a week ago I was lying on the bed for about a week. I was having a bad fewer, the worst in the last 3 years all because of coffee. I am happy it was like an awaking moment for me.During my time I flashed back on how short life is, that if I didn’t catch my dream as soon as possible I would regret it. I would better be overdoing than overthinking, I need to recover my soul and my body and my spirit.

Talking about self-love and self-care. today’s topic will be about food, I believe that human needs 3 types of food, food for the mind, for for the soul and for body and 3 of them are equally important to achieve greatness in life, trying to neglect one another and life will become unfulfilled and less energize.

Food for the mind can be referred to mental stimulation, the book that you read each day, lacking of this means someone is lack of self-development,lack of personal growth while food for the soul is focusing more on your your spiritual and wellbeing, how peaceful yourself, to your God and surrounding which can be balanced by reading the bible, helping others, giving value to society .Lastly your body is your palace, you need to taking care of yourself. Your food representing how fit you are, therefore you need to eat healthy food.

My modern life which too much focuses on my so-called ambition made me forget about the balance of the 3 types of food, and I collapsed. Reminding myself and you that a peaceful mind, a full belly to energize you, and growth mindset and nourished mind are equally important to have a good quality of live. Have you had 3 of them?
